The STAR Chamber of Commerce is a Volunteer centered organization which seeks to promote the business community and the merchant base in the Star area. We are a federally recognized 501 ( c ) 6, not for profit organization, and contribute to the local charitable organization through activities we sponsor through out the year.
This year, the charitable organizations which will benefit directly from the Mule Days event are the Star Branch Library, The Star Elementary School, The Star Volunteer Fire District, the Star Senior Center, the Star Lion’s Club, and the Make a Wish Foundation. In addition to these worthy charities, we also will be contributing to the USO.
With your contribution to the 11th Annual Mule Days event, the Star Chamber of Commerce will promote your individual interest based on sponsorship level, and depending on your selected level of sponsorship, we can tailor a specific event around your business activity. We spend a portion of every dollar collected on promotion through various media sources. In addition, the Star Chamber participates in Community wide activities sponsored by other organizations or clubs. A portion of all proceeds are donated to these Local and National charitable organizations.
